"We were very impressed about this business at first. We had had a lot of estimates and chose Rolandini after listening to what he said and how he would fix it. We knew our chimney had to be taken down, rebuilt. Since they did the $3500 job, our chimney has been leaking. We have water come through our chimney and along the wall in a bedroom where the chimney runs. We have consulted other people who all have told us this is an issue with the flashing not having been put in correctly when rebuilding the chimney. We have called and left phone messages, facebook reviews, and private messages and no one has ever called us back. Completely unacceptable that they don't respond to customer questions or complaints. After paying and guaranteeing their service, I cannot believe they will not respond to a customer question. This could have been resolved without too much of an issue but the fact that they have completely ignored the multiple messages in many ways is unprofessional to say the least."

Had owner come out just to try and tell me the water flowing in was condensation which it clearly is not so now I have to have a reputable company come fix their hack job. Do not do business with this company they are crooks and don?t stand behind their work.."
