"The service was outstanding! I rented a 20 yd. dumpster, but since there were none available for the next day, which is when I needed one, they upgraded me to a 30 yd. dumpster, for the same price, which I filled up. I live on a mountain in Hampden, MA., which can be challenging for large vehicles, but MIke, the driver, worked very hard to angle the dumpster to my liking, so I could still pass down the driveway with my car. He was very considerate and professional. Working with the people in the office was easy and reassuring that all would go well, and it did. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. "They called me in the morning to tell me they were coming. We had a huge pile of junk/trash in the basement and some things outside that needed to be taken away to the dump. He carted what was int he basement to the outside and made a pile there. Took the things that were on the side of the house to the pile. When the garbage truck/dumpster came, they put it all in and away it went. It took less time then they thought."

"It went great! The only thing that bothered me was that some large items were carried in a hurried manner that didn't look safe. For example I have a moderately heavy coffee table that I've always moved with two people but a single mover picked it up and carried it in front of him / on his chest. It made it in safely, but this felt risky and on top of that there were things inside the coffee table that I had left there because I didn't think the table would get flipped around that could have been damaged from this manouver. Like I said, nothing was damaged, and they certain worked hard and were very efficient, so maybe it was safer than it looked, it just made me nervous."
