"My appointment was at 12:00 noon and Heather their receptionist called me at 11:00A.M. to let me know they had a plumbing emergency with the appointment before mine. I told her i completely understood and she kept me informed every 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived 5 minutes after she called to tell me they were on the way. As soon as they got here they diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet that was leaking a lot and gave me a quote. It was a very fair price so i told them to change out my other two faucets because all of them were old. When they gave me the invoice for all 3 faucets it was the same price they had quoted for just the one faucet i had called them about. I cannot recall any company ever treating me so well and fairly. It was way more than fair! The company was great on every level from Heather keeping me updated and the work the plumbers did to their total charge for the work they did! I will refer them to anyone i know who needs plumbing services! Happy customer!"

"These guys were nothing short of amazing. My laundry room was just a shed. They completely transformed the entire room. I almost forgot it was my home when they were done! "I called Aucoin's Plumbing at 8:30 P.M. We were wrapping up one of our outdoor spigots when we snapped the flex hose to which the spigot was attached. Water was gushing everywhere and freezing temperatures were expected that night. The plumber on call offered to come out that night and assist us, but we managed to get the water main turned off. He asked me a few questions about the water line and assessed the situation. He assured me someone would contact me first thing in the morning. Sure enough, at 7:10 A.M. I received a phone call from Derek Aucoin. He told me they had two other calls before me, but they would be out that morning. At 7:36 A.M. he called back and said he was on his way. He had completed the repair and we had water by 8:00 A.M. Not only was he prompt, he was very courteous and professional. I felt the price he charged was fair, especially considering his response and expertise. The spigot was not properly installed in the first place, but he corrected the issue and mounted it firmly on the house, which will prevent this from happening again.
