"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."

Esser Builders assessed the problems and deployed a crew to make the repairs and improvements. Their work was outstanding, performed by a team of men and women who clearly cared about doing a good job, worked hard, and knew what they were doing. "Ray and his crew did an excellent job on my home project. It was not a huge job and I was happy Ray was willing to make time to complete the project. He finished my small basement area with new ceiling, new closet, new windows, and new stairs. Additonally, he enclosed a door and attached a huge murphy bed to the wall for great stability. All jobs out of my DIY expertise. Ray's price was fair and reasonable, he started and completed the job when he said he would and it all looks great! Finally, he was easy to communicate with via phone calls and text messages. I never felt anxious or worried about the work he was doing.
