"I had 'We Organize!' come in. It was like $100 to come in and organize which is a complete total disaster. They had 2 men there for 4 hours and got half way done because I had too much stuff. That's about it. They didn't quite do what I was expecting, but it is okay. They were very prompt. It was not quite what I was expecting. When they came in, they didn't have any tools or anything. They were expecting me to supply all their cleaning supplies and everything. I would ask them to really just kind of clarify that. They did work hard. They stayed an hour longer than they were contracted to trying to finish up as much as they could. They were kind of overwhelmed by what they saw. I don't blame them for what happened. It was not quite as much as I expected. They were like an hour late and that's why they stayed the extra hour. The people on the phone and especially the guys that came in, they do it for a living but it was like they weren't in uniform or anything and they weren't professional in that as such. A couple of guys came in and were working for a while. At this point I am not expecting that I am going to need them again."

The previous owner had dogs and left the carpets filled with dirt and grime. They were very professional and offered to come back if there were any spots that came back.
