"Billy work great with us, providing a unique front landscape design for our newly constructed home. He was very flexible incorporating our thoughts on our plants along with his design. He and his crew completed the landscape, rain gutter drainage pipe to keep water away from the house and did a complete lawn irrigation system using the lake water for supply. He worked jointly with us and our neighbor for some joint water drainage. We have had numerous people asking who did our landscaping as it has good curb appeal. We have Paradise open and close our irrigation system and they are now doing 5 of our neighbors too. I would highly recommend Paradise Landscape."

"I contracted with Brian 7 years ago to replace the my sidewalk and the replacement sidewalk was of low quality with holes forming and cracking where the sidewalk abutted the front porch. Brian at one point responded "Unfortunately, your walkway was done with poor craftsmanship and I will front the money and fix the entire thing including the stoop for free." At some point dialogue stopped and I never heard from Brian again. I would not recommend using for a cement or sidewalk work."

"From the beginning, I liked the fact that Cody was punctual. The first appointment he couldn't make, but he called to inform me, and that had value. When he did show, he took notes of what I wanted and gave some suggestions. I intentionally planned a big project, but we had to scale back once we found out that we needed to focus on another project. Anyhow, I had Cody's crew trim the front hedge and build a small retaining wall/garden area near my front porch steps. The area was small and had landscape timbers that needed to be removed. They did an excellent job of trimming the hedge. For the retaining wall, they removed the landscape timber, all but one, and it appears that they tried to use it as support for dirt. The first retaining wall attempt didn't look quite right. I looked at the finished product at night and didn't notice the extra landscape timber until the next day. I took a picture of it the day after that and brought it to Cody's attention. I didn't get a chance to tell Cody that we didn't have any landscape timber on the other side of the handrail, where there are pavers too, because he sent his guys back. I didn't anticipate this. The crew came back and asked what could be done. In full disclosure, I couldn't understand them too well, and thankfully, I grew up speaking Spanish because of my mother, and knew exactly how to communicate with them on how the retaining wall could function best without the landscape timber that was beneath the handrail. The young man, Alejandro, worked nonstop the day he first attempted to do it right, and for the do-over, he worked non stop. I noticed he hadn't eaten and I felt bad, so I gave him some snacks and water. He deserves good merit because he paid attention to how I wanted the wall/planting area to look. Maybe next time I'll make them lunch. The job ended up looking beautiful and will look great once I have flowers in it."

"Isaacs is a true professional who obviously loves and takes pride in his work. He first provided a free estimate, coordinated a installation date with us, and arrived on said date on time and ready to go to work. When I suggested a different river rock than planned and an alternative supplier he had never worked with, Isaacs was very open to the suggestion and went to that source to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. He also suggested the material for the retaining wall which turned out beautiful. We plan on using Delgado Landscaping in the future and would recommend his company to anyone needing such work."

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
