During the initial visit, Mike gave me a thorough, complete, and prompt estimate educating me on my current electrical system and the work to be done. Bob was responsive, friendly, flexible and easy to work with during the scheduling and billing process. Joe and Brian were friendly and professional explaining the work and answering all my questions. They communicated clearly through the whole process. Joe and Brian worked so hard to upgrade our electrical panel from fuses to breakers. They also installed an outdoor meter on the side of our house. They were very thorough and took their time to make sure the work was done right. They worked from 8 am to 6ish pm the first day. Then they came back the next morning to finish the work once again making sure everything was done properly. I even got estimates for more electrical work we need to get done! I highly recommend Randy's Electric and the professionals I referred to above."

I told him that both the original windshield and the first replacement had not sealed properly and howled when I drove on the highway against high winds. Tom, the Handyman, called ahead of time to inform me when he and another man would arrive.  They arrived on time and quickly went to work after checking the list and informing us as to what the jobs would entail.  They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable plus they were extremely neat and very careful as they moved through our home.  They cleaned up after themselves.

Done was very prompt, even showing up a little early. He had no idea what I had in mind for him, but I suspect he expected some sort of indoor job. When I asked him if he was ok with the fence mending project, he didn't hesitate and immediately got to work.  In no time he had the fence looking better than I had seen it in years. With still plenty of time left for other things, he asked what next? I told him I needed the gate fixed because it didn't latch right. We didn't have the materials necessary to fix the gate but he was more than willing to make a trip to the nearest home improvement store to get what was needed. We went together and I purchased the hardware as well as some extra pickets. When we got back he fixed the gate and proceeded to replace a dozen or so warped pickets on my fence that were in bad shape. Don was easy going and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again in the future.

"Called another company originally they asked how old the furnace is and I said about 5 yrs. old (it is 6 yrs old). They informed me that I should get a hold of the company that put it in because it should still be under warranty, which after I looked it was. So I called Service Today to set up an appt. to have them look at it. Andrew came out and with various questions asked I said that the thermostat we have is wifi and that is how we run it. Comcast upgraded the wifi in the neighborhood the day before and it was today I woke up and noticed that the thermostat wifi was not connected to the wifi anymore. He looked into it and noticed that when I put it on heat via by phone app or manually by the wall thermostat, it was turning on the A/C instead and visa versa. He came at a price to me of about $350 to run a diagnostic to find the issue. He did and then he comes back and tells me that the thermostat itself is burn out (I bought the thermostat from them when I had the new furnace installed 6 yrs. ago). Andrew goes to his van and of course comes with only 2 thermostats that he has on hand. One is not wifi and it was $350 or so and the other was $800 which was wifi programmable. He did say we could just go and get one from Best Buy or something but we would have to install it. We decided on the lower cost of the 2. As he was installing it I looked up the retail cost for the same exact one he was putting in (Honeywell T4Pro) and it was $75 at Best Buy. I mean really.........that much of a mark up in cost!!! It is like this company does not understand that we are in a pandemic and that money for so many people is really really tight!! To gouge customers like that. As I sat in my office crying about the cost I let myself get washed into, after a while I asked Andrew why such a big cost increase on the thermostat. He said he has nothing to do with the pricing of items, which I understood. Andrew was a nice guy and just doing his job. I put this gouging at the feet of the company because right now, people have to decide to either pay a heating/electric/etc. bill or pay a company a massive cost to have a thermostat put in. Andrew did take down some wires that were for a humidifier that was on the old furnace prior to installing the new one and also cleaned some dust and lint from the furnace. Will I call these guys again, only if I know that there is something wrong with the furnace that is under warranty still, other then that, I cannot afford them. They were better when they were Airtech. The C rating I gave it has more to do with how nice Andrew was then the company. For the company itself, I give it an F"

"When I called Hal Morris (owner of the company) he came out immediately to give us an estimate. I went over what needed to be done and we talked about the kind of wood that Hal felt would be best. Hal was honest about his work schedule (can't work in the rain) and set the date that he could start. Hal worked with two other men. They worked very hard for the first day. They had to tear out the old fencing and gates and dig holes for the new posts. They had to do a little gardening as well (removing weeds) to clear a place for the new posts and fencing. When the cement was poured for the posts, Hal also let me know that they would give it at least 72 hours to set up before continuing the job. He was back when he said he would be. Hal also suggested we use a certain design for the fencing, which we did and it looks great. The new gates took a little adjustment since they were a little different than I thought they would be but I think Hal's design for them is very nice. After the job was done in a timely fashion, I called Hal to ask if he could lower the bottom of one of the gates so our grand dog wouldn't get out. I also called to report that the spring system on one of the gates did not seem to be working even though it was working fine when the job was originally finished. Hal called to say he would get there as soon as possible. Hal was working on other jobs and there was a lot of rain this Summer but he returned fairly quickly in response to the adjustments I needed. He fixed both! Hal is fairly easy to work with and has suggestions for what he thinks needs to be done and what will work best. He educated me in the various kinds of woods that could be used for the job and which would be the best for our purposes. I will be watching our fencing and our next door neighbors to see whose lasts the longest.......I think ours will. Thanks Hal"
