"What a great family owned business to work with! I interviewed several fencing companies to make an informed decision...let's face it, replacing a fence is an investment. I chose Banks Exteriors Plus for several reasons (professional estimate, not rushing me into a quick decision, cost effectiveness, and the time element to begin the project), and I'm so glad I did. Their work was excellent and often over-and-above what I had expected (I had plenty of growth (shrubs, tree limbs, ect. to remove), and it was done perfectly. Clean-up occurred at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. The staff was personable and took the time to ask me to come check something to make sure it was exactly what I had wanted. The time that was predicted was on point and no hidden costs surprised me at the end (I still can't over the cutting of all of the growth!). I found Jason at Reigle Contracting and I am glad I did. We had our decks, windows/doors, and siding replaced on our cottage in Kitty Hawk. They were amazing to work with and were top notch. The decks are very sturdy and built with safety and style in mind. The windows/doors turned out better than we thought they would. The siding is beautiful. Along the way, Jason would let me know what issues he had and would call me to make sure I was informed of what he found and offered the proper way to fix it. We found we had a roof leak in several places and he took care of this for us. This outside of the original scope of work. He really does take care of his customers. The before and after photos are amazing! It looks like a totally different cottage! I wish he could come do some work on our home in Virginia! We love it and would definitely use and recommend Reigle Contracting again."

"Shawn replaced a 13 yr old wood deck on our beach cottage with Trex material. He did a great job, and took care of everything -- getting a dumpster, getting the materials delivered, removing the old deck, designing the layout of the boards, and of course, installing the new Trex boards and railing. He was knowledgeable about permits, which colors would look best, what fasteners would work best in the Outerbanks weather, and the latest building codes to follow. His craftsmanship was excellent. He beveled the ends of the boards and put in the screws with perfect alignment. The railings look great, and are are super sturdy. He got the job done in a timely manner, and cleaned up so I couldn't even tell he had been there. He is a good listener and communicator. I had researched online how much a deck replacement of this size would cost using Trex materials and including labor, and his quote was in that ballpark. I thought his price was reasonable, especially with the quality he provided."

"The work went extremely well.  As the job progressed he offered suggestions on how to make the overall job better,  Mike suggested a change in the stairway railing construction which turned out amazing.  He also suggested the crows nest deck railing system be changed to a custom made wood painted system because of the uniqueness of the location.  We decided to add painting all the house trim and fascia after the work started.  Mike seamlessly took on this addon.  Based on the emailed pictures the house looks outstanding.  He takes pride in his workmanship.  Mike is also diligent on project cost control.  He got competitive bids on the "Tamrail" deck railing system and achieved significant cost savings.  Overall the project is on time and under budget.   We have subsequently asked Mike to do a couple more smaller maintenance and upgrade projects.  Mike says he doesn't necessarily do the job the easy way, but rather he does it the right way.   We highly recommend Mike...he was a pleasure to work with.
