"The service provider was on time, friendly (especially to my dog, which I appreciate), and walked through the house to make sure that we agreed on what cleaning needed to happen. The team of two worked quickly and thoroughly, scrubbing bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and generally straightening up. They were done ahead of time and for the agreed on price. They also walked through a couple of trouble areas where there was still some staining and explained why they couldn't get the stains out. I only knocked the rating down a little on quality as once the sun was out the next day I did notice several spots on the blinds where there was still a little dust and a couple of grout spots that don't appear to have been scrubbed. That's partly on me for not being more thorough when checking and overall I'm very happy with the results!"

"David and Susan were very quick in their response time and did an excellent job in explaining everything! They told us how the price was a bit more than what most people charge because of the quality products they used on the floors and you can really tell the difference!  My only issue was that I had originally thought the furniture moving was in the cost of the bid they gave me, but came to find out it was not included and myself and a helper had to move all of the furniture.  This was a very minor detail though...the floors are INCREDIBLE!  I didn't realize how bad they were until I've seen them now all fixed up.  It's obvious they take MUCH pride in what they do and that's something you don't find much these days..most companies want to get in and get out.  They took extra time to make sure the floor was clean, telling my husband about how they cleaned it a second time because they weren't satisified with how it looked after the first cleaning.  They originally had planned to have it all done in one day, but because of the weather, it took more time and they had no problem letting the floor take its time to cure and even came back bright and early the next morning to finish.  Thank you SO much for the fantastic job! I will definitely be using their services again"
