"Overall my experience with Perpetua Iron was great! I contacted Perpetua Iron about stair railings that I had that were rusted at the point they mount to the concrete and were no longer stable. One of the owners, Janet, came out to look at the railings while I was gathering bids and arrived promptly and reviewed what options were available for the issue. Once we agreed on what was to be done, they provided an estimate promptly over email as requested. Their bid was competitive and they sounded quite capable to perform the work so I contracted them and placed a deposit. They were flexible and worked with me on scheduling as I was coordinating their work along with necessary repairs to the concrete needed to be performed by another contractor. <br /> They arrived promptly to retrieve the railings and then once the concrete work was set, were flexible with our schedule to return to replace the railings. The arrived promptly to re-install and worked efficiently. The work area was cleaned up perfectly. I was quite satisfied by the work and would recommend them to anyone needing wrought iron work."
