"Tekline Roofing was a superior choice. The pricing was right for our metal roof and the craftsmanship was excellent. We didn’t realize that until it was over! We had to have a rat-eradication company come over and he was very surprised. This was the best roof that he had seen with the tightest and toughest grating over our vents. We had a difficult roof line, but they handled it perfectly. One element of a metal roof that was concerning was if it was more noisy that the 3-tab. No! Maybe even quieter. The underlayment is quite thick. If we didn’t have skylights, we would barely know if there was a down-pour at all. They worked clean and tidy and cleaned up at the end. Thank you Tekline."

"Marlo was a real find. We had a serious leak on one of our single family family rental residences dating back to November. Initially, we had a so-called leak specialist for a $350 minimum fee who totally mis-diagnosed the location of the leak and blamed it on on a "debris dam" in one of the valleys. He said cleaning the roof would solve the problem. He didn't even enter the attic crawl space or put up a tarp. Turns out his "professional assessment" was on the wrong side of the roof. We cleaned the roof and and repaired the drywall. The roof began leaking again and the repaired drywall had to be repaired again; this time the damage was much larger. I called Marlo and he came out to the house the same day I called. He discovered the source of the leak and repaired it the next day. He had a sub do the drywall repair. Marlo provided extensive photo documentation of what was wrong and how he would repair it. They drywall repair was excellent; it was impossible to tell there was any damage. They treated for mold as well. What impressed me most was Marlo provided me a 10 year warranty to cover the roof repair AND any ensuing drywall repair. Marlo is very personable and energetic. He also did a minor skylight repair gratis. A real headache that had been plaguing me for months (unhappy tenants) was resolved in matter of days. The quote was extremely reasonable as well, and he was there personally for the whole installation to ensure everything gets done right. "Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. "Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW. They were always on time, professional, and easy to work with. The billing for services performed was very reasonable."
