"New vinyl siding, new roof, 2= 6 by 12 ft. Decks, found a loot of rot from years of water damage. It was a huge job. Due to rain & heat, ordering wrong items or not enough of the items, there were a lot of delays. In the end, we are not happy with the end results. There are many little repairs that we have to do and that is exactly why we hired out, so WE wouldn’t have to do anything."

The ceilings on the first floor had fallen in, and poo water was everywhere. He was absolutely no nonsense professional in getting a stinky situation under control. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and he wasted no time doing it in a thorough and professional manner. He was helpful through the entire project, from cleaning up the nastiness, to dealing with the insurance company, and getting the tenants back into their home. I would absolutely recommend using their services, and I am sure the situation will arise again. Dave custom designs and fabricates each piece. Generally a customer presents an idea for a project. Dave can provide color and design consultation. If a drawing is required for the project there will be a design fee before the project can be started. Or if a drawing is not required ( customer wants a standard type item Dave has) then a fee is not required. Once a design is completed a deposit is secured, a timeline is established and a delivery or pick up date is estimated. Herzfeld Studios accepts, Visa MC and personal checks.

I didnt take it in a derogatory manner but when he asked me to come in to check something he slapped my ***. Thats when he was asked to leave. At 3:15 and he told me to pay him until 5pm. Then he stAlked me. I involved the police."
