My project started on 9/29 and wasn?t finished until 11/20?I was without a kitchen for 52 days. The first installer did incredibly sloppy work, and their ?solution? was to cover mistakes with trim pieces. They even put the cabinet doors on upside down. Eventually, they had to redo all the cabinet doors and make multiple trips. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing. They installed a defective faucet from some off-brand and left me with a leak for 4 weeks. When I called after two weeks of hearing nothing, Ashley told me, ?I have no idea what faucet you have.? The work was bad. The customer service was even worse. This was a nightmare from start to finish, and every time I look at my kitchen, I regret using Redo. The doors and drawers have dampeners as well as dovetails on both the front and rear of the drawers which is unheard of in this price range.
