Only issue that came up was on the day of installation we were informed that one window had grids (didn't match the others) - we were told that they would still replace the windows and follow up when the correct style was in stock to fix the window. 8 days after the installation, I got a call saying the window without grids was in stock - had it installed the following day in less than 5 minutes. Could not have been happier dealing with North GA Windows."

"My experience going through the request-for-quotation was excellent. Chris House was very professional and very knowledgeable. Unlike some of his competition, he took the time to understand what I was looking for in this renovation and was instrumental in advising what window product-line and window options were the most bang for my buck. Chris really took to heart that a renovation big enough for me to invest my hard-earned savings deserves nothing less than to be done right the first time. My experience with Chris, coupled with AVI's excellent showroom, made choosing AVI a no-brainer. When it came time for the installation, the crew was friendly and hard-working. Most importantly, the crew's workmanship and carpentry skill was outstanding. All the bullet points I expected for quality work, they met or exceeded. Every window was fitted and leveled properly. Every opening was foam-sealed with the appropriate window-foam. All the trim miter cuts and butt joints were flush and tight. They even touched-up all the scuffs to the drywall around the opening, which was an much appreciated bonus. Unfortunately, their scheduling and logistics was appalling. The install crew was consistently late almost everyday, sometimes having to reschedule for the next day entirely. Even after repeated complaints to their home office, the problem persisted. A 5-day job ended up turning into a grueling 3-week ordeal. In the end, I tolerated their disappointing time-management because of the caliber of their work. I figured what's an extra week or two next to a lifetime of quality work? If only the install crew had been better with time-management, it would have been a great experience."

"First of all he was late to come to do the estimate for the project. Then when he sent over proposal he did not include installing shower on the quote. He did not put it down in his notes. So he forgot everything we communicated to him about the shower. He lost the measurements for the shower and ask me to measure sheetrock to sheetrock and tell him the measurement. So I went online and found a shower based off what he told me. So when they came to do the work, the shower was the wrong size. So he was telling me what my husband did wrong. Honestly, he should not even have asked us to to get the measurements, he should have came and did the measurements again since he lost it. So I had to go thru the headache of getting on the phone and getting all the product with the shower picked up and order another one. Now you would think he would offer us a discount for this inconvience, considering that it was his fault, because he lost the measurements. We had to go without a shower for 1 week. I had to put another shower on my credit card. Another issue happened with them putting up the new granite countertops in the kitchen. They knocked our dishwasher machine out of place and now it is not working properly. I told John several times about fixing this and he did not. He told me he would, however, he did not. So now I had to call our warranty people out to fix it. We have went 2 weeks without a dishwasher. So the new shower came in and they put it up, however, they cracked it. John asked my husband about purchasing another shower. I told him no, I was not putting anything else on my credit card. So John purchased it. So they put up the new shower when it came in, however, when my husband took a shower the shower moved when my husband leaned on it. So they had to come back. A project we were told would take 3 days took 1 month. My sister was going to use their service, however, I told her not to. I do not recommend using this construction company. John is a nice guy and they did okay work, however, professionally my husband and I did not like the service we received."

Every detail of the job was thoroughly explored as well as all my questions being answered completely. Now that my master Bedroomhas a master Bathroom to go along with I can truly say that everything I was promised either written or verbal was completed in a good, professional manner. I cannot overstate how pleased we are with the finished product. It is rare when a project exceeds your expectations, but that is definitely the case here. Much like a root canal, I hope to never need the services of a contractor who specializes in structural repairs again.
