This job included repairing siding and replacing with Hardee boards as needed, removing all gutters, power washing, repainting all siding, trim, and doors, replacing gutters with wider, upgraded and screened product. Response time and communication: 5 star Quote and contract presentation: 5 star Punctuality and professionalism: 5 star Quality and one-time completion of job: 5 star As a side note, we had our own home renovation business before, so we are very particular and understand what it takes to maintain a 5 star expectation. A true gentleman who went above and beyond to keep the neighbors (whose homes were being impacted) informed and their pets protected. On time every day and even took photos to be sure to return patio furniture and pots to their original places. Cleaned up the site every day. Even changed burned out light bulbs on my patio strings. Quiet, respectful and caring. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat."
