"When I called Gold Country Tree and spoke to Amanda she said Scott would be out that afternoon to review what needed to be done and give me an estimate. He arrived promptly and gave me a good estimate and said he would follow up with a formal bid and contract. I signed the contract snd the work was scheduled the following week. I was pleased with the tree trimming removing the dead wood from several oaks and a tall pine. They also cut down a cottonwood and ground the stump. Cleaned everything up and were finished in two hours or so. Excellent crew and professional!"

"I interacted with Adrian (co-owner), Joe (co-owner), Eric (foreman I think), and Cassidy (front desk). In the first step of contacting them after I got a flier in the mail, it was easy to get ahold of them and set up a time, no hassle. Cassidy was very charming and endearing to speak with. Then I met with Adrian about the bid and he was helpful and informative when I inquired about the health of the trees and how I could support their health (same with Eric). Joe and Eric came to actually carry out the work for the project and they were both pleasant to speak with as well. They were also easy-going, helpful, and organized with their work force. I could see they all worked hard to get the job done (and there was a lot to do). I wasn't able to engage with Joe as much, but when I spoke with Eric, he was informative, patient, and thorough in his occupational execution as well. Did a good job cleaning up too! I greatly appreciate their service, and here's another thing on my check list I can mark off and be relieved about!"

"Sierra Arbor Works estimator came the same day I called them, we'd just had a storm and a Green Ash in the front yard had started coming to pieces, I had several estimators come out and they all told me that the tree wasn't worth saving and that we should cut it down and grind out the stump and replant something else there. Sierra Arbor Works was the first team that told me that they could save the tree. Since it was a fairly large tree and provided a lot of shade for us in the summer we were very excited to hear this. Wes and his crew came out and cleaned up the fallen branches and made a major weight reduction in the tree so no more would fall if there were more storms. They even cut up some of the wood and stacked it on the side yard to season for our fire pit! Overall I'm very happy with my decision to work with Sierra Arbor Works and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one."
