"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. His estimate was right in line with the others, but he has a large crew he can bring in and they finished in just over one day, which was the main reason we chose this company, since it would cause the least disruption to our lives (and our dogs that can't stand the noise). "Everybody I dealt with at PetersenDean was very courteous and professional.  The ones I can name are: Joe Brodnik, Sahar Nessari, Linda Nguyen. The price and warranty were the best of the four quotes I received. The whole process was very smooth and I haven't had any problems with the system.  I'm very glad I chose them. <br /> They have a project status page that provided clear information at every stage.  When I emailed or called, they responded within 24 hours.  I contacted them based on customer reviews and their warranty policy.  The salesman was low key and honest.  He made it clear that there was a waiting list for installation so I knew it would take a few months.  In the end, it was faster than I expected.  They provided clear written plans and handled the city inspection completely.  The connection to PG&E quickly followed. <br /> I highly recommend them.  I have two important notes: <br /> - Be sure to get a clear picture of the schedule.  It's complicated and they may have a waiting list. <br /> - The initial quote on the phone was for a much bigger system than they were able to install.  They can only tell so much from a satellite image of the roof.  Their on-site inspection showed that my roof was more complicated and not ideal for solar.  The quote was adjusted down for a smaller system.  I understood that they were oversizing the system, so I wan't surprised.  Your roof may be simpler, but beware that this can happen. <br />"

"We had cedar siding, which I loved, but it was being attacked by acorn woodpeckers and needed to be replaced. We had a really large project and I was very pleased with the whole process. We worked with Mike. The crew was managed by Vlad. They were all professional, prompt, hard-working and concerned that the job was done correctly. And they were very pleasant to have around. They worked on our job for about two weeks. They also arranged to have our gutters and downspouts replaced and painted under the eaves and the doors etc. We are very pleased results and their attention to detail. The house looks brand new. I am pleased each time I walk in and we are very happy we decided to go ahead with the project. They are also working on a separate scope to replace some doors. That task is still in process. We still have a couple of items on our punch list, but I have every confidence that they will be dealt with when they come to install the doors. In addition we are going to replace our deck and Mike helped us connect with someone to do that. We are very happy with the whole organization and would use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work."
