Pann also pointed out safety issues with my kitchen lights and he uncovered sloppy taped together out door wiring in a soffit. I intend to have him back to re-do the obviously defective prior electricians' work. At several points in the job, small changes needed to be made (moving switches, adding some lighting, removing old fixtures and their support, installing fans, etc.). We had good back-and-forth discussions in figuring out the right solutions, and all three team members were extremely responsive and cooperative in making sure these fixes were made as requested.
