When I started to practice this job. I didn’t realize the help I was giving to our boss and to the home or apartment that we were working on. To know that one day someone was going to go live there. Know every time I help a costumer I do realize that with my hard work I can achieve making somebody happy. That’s my goal in life.

"I've used DH Painting and More to remodel our laundry room and they did a great job then, so it was a no brainier to hire them again. I setup a meeting with Dave, the owner of DH Painting and More, for a quote. We went over the work to be done and he was able to provide a quote quickly and was very responsive when I had follow up questions. I agreed to the scope of work, but like my prior project with them, we needed to make changes and they were very accommodating. We would discuss what needed to be done outside of scope and Dave would be clear on what it would cost me to do. On some occasions I would ask about doing something a certain way but Dave would insist to do things a specific way. When I'd ask why he'd explain things very clearly and on some occasions he'd tell me flat out that if he did what I asked it would look poorly on the quality of work he did. This showed that he cared about his craft and took pride in his work. Which to me was a big deal. The workers that Dave brought onsite were great too. Easy to talk to and good workers. One of his workers was super handy and was able to make some custom cabinet doors to match everything else we had in place in our kitchen. Couldn't be happier with the work they've done and will be using them on my future projects."

Had the estimate done around Memorial Day and they were not able to do to the work until late November.  Parts were on back order and weather. "The service I received from Promax Construction was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had a rotted fascia board on the south side of the house that was in dire need of repair and Promax was the only company that I could find in Decatur who were actually willing to come out and get the job done. After calling to set up an appointment, John showed up exactly when scheduled, gave me an estimate and I agreed to it on the spot. His price was fair, so I signed the contract and he said he'd send out his guys as soon as he could. The Promax crew showed up roughly two weeks later and immediately got to work. The first crew of guys (sorry I didn't catch their names or I'd credit them here) pulled down the old board and cut and installed the new piece perfectly. It was exactly what I wanted. After that, John had Shane come out to do some finishing work on the roof and chimney and now everything looks fantastic! I am extremely GRATEFUL to Promax Construction for doing this job for me when nobody else would and the next time I need more work done on the house, I will definitely be calling Promax Construction FIRST. "The service went well. A crew of five came out and completed the job in about 1 week for my in laws house and a little over a week to paint our home. The painters were very thorough and meticulous. They did a great job with their prep work and with the clean up afterwards. They did a great job and even washed our windows afterwards. I had no problem scheduling with the company."

"The salesman came out to quote our job and was very professional. He got back to me with a quote the next day, and was exactly the same as another company on price to do the same work. I told him this much, and he knocked $25 off the quote to get my business. The technician showed up on time along with the salesman to make sure I was introduced properly and was comfortable with the technician. They made sure the fixtures in my bathroom and finished lower level living room were protected before beginning work. The technician was very friendly and efficient, completeing the work before the estimated time. The work was done so well, all we had to do was touch up the paint and you can't even tell the damages were there!"
