"I was looking for a new garage door within the year but I needed one immediately after knocking the bottom half of my garage door off the tracks. I called and spoke to Jose and he said he would come look at it within the hour. He arrived about 45 minutes later and just as I thought I needed a new door. He took measurements and said they would be able to install a new door that same day. Later that afternoon Jose (a different Jose) arrived and took off the old door, frame, wood around the door and spring. He completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked how long he had been doing this type of work and he said 20 years. You could really tell! I was impressed by his workmanship and attention to detail. I was a beautiful job. "Zoran was prompt and knowledgeable. I needed him to get me the hardware for the doors (double front door) as I was unable to do it myself due to recent surgery. He went in search of hardware suitable for the door and brought back beautiful plates and knobs.!! I was very happy. Our house is old and the door frame uneven which he pointed out but he made it work to our satisfaction."

"Our sewer line had severed where it comes out of the house. This caused our toilets to start backing up, so we placed an emergency call on a Sunday. The tech came within about an hour and diagnosed the problem with their camera inspection equipment. It was raining and the tech had to feed the camera line from the cleanout in our front yard, but he was as friendly and kind as could be. Once he had diagnosed the problem, he spent a fair amount of time getting the repairs scheduled for later that day, which involved coordinating his crew, the village, and JULIE, since they had to dig up the front yard to fix the issue. The crew arrived later that day - they were also extremely professional and extremely pleasant to deal with.
While the repairs were very expensive, I was very impressed with everyone from Black Diamond. They seemed genuinely happy to help us with our emergency, even though it meant spending a Sunday working in the rain and high humidity. Since they had to leave the hole open overnight, they were careful to cover the hole completely with plywood so that no one would accidentally
fall in.They returned early Monday morning to backfill the hole in our yard, once the village had inspected the work.
 I will definitely use these guys for any plumbing issues that I have from here on.

"Once again Paul did a great job. His estimates were very fair and the finished rooms look like they were always there. They removed our entryway closet to add that space to our dining room, closed off that wall, tiled our entryway, placed new trim & baseboards, stained our front door and repainted the space. In our dining room, they reframed a wall, placed insulation under the floors & wall, installed sconces, installed new trim, baseboards, and chair rail, added flooring to the new space of the room, drywalled, and painted the room. They completed the job in about a week and cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day.
