"I called Bobking Construction because tiles were â droppingâ off in the bathroom on a rental apartment due to water entering through grouting holes. After removing a number of tiles and backing board, I discovered the bottom framing on the window sill was wet and decided it may involve more than I was prepared to do. So I called Bobbie Saturday afternoon and explained the problem and added that my tenant will return from vacation Monday evening. If he wasnâ t able to accommodate me on such short notice, Iâ d understand and would make the repairs as best I could. He asked for photos, which I sent and he said heâ ll call in the morning. Sure enough, he called Sunday 9am morning and then 2 hours later showed up with Giovanni, a family man and very experienced at his trade. They assessed the damage, agreed on a course of action and started work immediately. Work was completed before 5pm and the tile job looks fantastic. What can I sayâ ¦ again and again, Bobbie and company have done everything theyâ re supposed to â ¦ and more. Iâ ve had the pleasure on more than one occasion to have work done by Bobking Construction and in each instance; the key words for my â takeâ on the experience has been quality, reliability and integrity.
