"I had a leak in August that needed fixing and out of multiple inquiries, Waterman Building & Remodeling was one of two (out of about six) that responded and gave a flat rate for the fix. While here I wanted to get a quote on a new roof as it was 20+ years old and was provided that number before they left. They came back two months later to remove the old shingles, replace any bad plywood and install the new shingles. It was all done in under a day, cleaned out the gutters and then walked the property multiple times to clean up anything that fell off. Highly recommend Brian and his team and will definitely use again when needed."

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "Selection of this contractor went smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was considerably less than another contractor using the same CertainTeed roofing system. I do not select on cost alone. I got quotes from 3 other companies. Normal estimate was using the Landmark Pro shingles, also was given estimate for the Landmark shingles when I mentioned budget constraints and my longevity, I’m a senior citizen. Left me info on the CertainTeed system materials and installation. When I decided on the Landmark did not try to convince me to rethink choosing Landmark Pro. On date of install they arrived around 7:15 but said they wouldn’t begin work until 8 so not to disturb neighbors. Considerate, I live in a over 55 development. They worked quickly and professionally, first hanging tarps to collect debris and stripping roof. Crew moved along quickly. Needed to replace some decking around vents,which they did at no up charge. Owner, Luis Castro, stopped by from another job to check work even going up on roof to inspect. Left me his card and told me to call with questions or concerns. Cleanup was amazing. Left my property as if they never were here! This was one concern as other roofer,s doing work in neighborhood have left blown debris and nails in street. They did not. Debris that was wind blown into neighbors yard was retrieved. Also in quote was to reroof shed and install gutters and downspouts at front of house. Shingles were underestimated including shed so they applied the DiamondDeck underlayment and drip edge and were back next non rain day to finish shed. I was amazed at the proficiency and speed work was completed. I highly recommend this company and already have to a neighbor. Very professional, supervisor answered any questions I asked, courteous and treated my job as if it was their own. Crew was very proficient. Owner should be proud. I was satisfied with all aspects of project."

"- Very prompt, professional service delivered at a great price on our Newton expanded bungalow. - Owner, Brian (in business for 25 yrs) assessed/priced job and, with on-site job supervisor, was available at every stage of job completion. - I requested 4 references which Brian gave me at random but said he doesn't call former customers in advance of such requests so wasn't sure if I'd get call backs. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."

"Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was the 3rd roofer to inspect my very simple repair job (replacing a single edge shingle) and the estimator (Adam) was the only one of the 3 to offer a repair right away. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job in about 1/2 hour for less than what the others quoted. Very happy with the outcome. Would hire this roofer again."

"While insulating, foam sprayed through cracks into our bedroom and closets, destroying some bed linens and clothing. Their truck left before the insulation spaces were full, but they closed up the roof. It doesn?t meet building code. Our roof is featured on the Muto website, but not the scratches in the protective coating meant to ensure roof longevity. The scratches were made by a crew installing the ridge boards and chimney flashing. Their most experienced roofer said this was his first time installing metal chimney flashing. We called Muto 3 months ago and Jasen sent a drone over the house and said he?d ask the manufacturer and get back to us. We?ve sent two reminders, but we have heard nothing. We should have realized their inexperience at the outset when they couldn?t provide photos of completed metal roofs. We cannot recommend them for metal roofs or insulation."

"We had a project to repair a leak on a small Copper and Rubber roof. We started by looking at Angie's list to find roofers in the Watertown area and immediately Capital construction lept to the top. Their reviews were literally through the roof. I can also say that our own experience with them met and surpassed the reviews I had read. When I called, they immediately answered and were able to come out and assess the situation within 2 days. I met with Jude and Dave and I found them to be knowledgable, professional, honest and very easy to work with. We got a quote at that point and went ahead with scheduling the project. The whole team at Capital Construction kept us informed on the status and when they could come out to repair the roof. They worked with me to find a good date/time. Their customer communication is world class. They performed the repairs, cleaned up the site, and we could not be happier with the results.
