"We met with Thomas Roberts to discuss and price our cabinet refacing project. He provided us with details on their products and company that impressed us. He brought samples of the cabinets and hardware so that we could make an educated selection for our project. The samples were of excellent quality and we were pleased with the estimate that he provided. We paid a little more than we initially decided to spend but that is fine as we know that we will be receiving an excellent quality product for the price. Thomas was easy to deal with and did not use any high pressure sales tactics - he supplied us with the facts and let us discuss and make our own decisions on how to proceed with our project. Update as of 3/25/2024 Previously I reviewed this company's sales process and now that the cabinet doors/drawer fronts have been installed I want to add a review on the installation process. Our installer was Collin Brown and he was fantastic. He covered our floors with tarps and when finished he vacuumed all of the areas that he worked in and cleaned up the full work area. He completed the installation in a professional manner and consulted with us when needed. He completed a QC check on the doors/drawer fronts when finished and advised us that if there were any issues with the product Redo would handle replacement ASAP. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and professional installation."

Once we were scheduled They contacted us as to the start date & came out to pressure wash our roof, which they completed in one day.. when the weather was right, they came out to apply the primer & 2 top coats to our roof. They also completed it in one day. We have a large farmhouse with a 2 story metal roof with a few different pitches & levels of roof. They were very professional & meticulous in the spraying of the paint. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a painting company.
