"It went very well. It took them about 1/2 day longer than they anticipated to take the old unit out and install the new unit. They installed some new ductwork and secured some existing ductwork. They cleaned up any mess that there might have been. When it was inspected by the city, the inspector did not pass it the first time because he said that they had not installed a drip pan. We contacted Pasqual's office and they ordered the drip pan. They came out and installed the drip pan (no additional charge) and then it was passed by the city inspector. We are very happy with the unit, and feel good about the way it was installed. We would definitely recommend this company."

"They arrived promptly and I showed them the trouble areas. The supervisor checked the stains out and decided what type of stain it was and what the cleaning procedure would be. This was a house that we had bought that previously was lived in by three young students. Needless to say the carpet had not been cleaned or kept up with regularly. They cleaned the carpet and the areas that I was concerned with cleaned up nicely. I then asked them about the tile and grout in the kitchen. They cleaned that also even though they had not expected to do that, nor did they have a special attachment to their equipment, but it turned out good. They got some towels and tried it by hand. "They were the people who installed the air conditioner in the first place. We checked with the realtor and the builder, we just back tracked, found out who put the systems in here, and we just used them. Luckily I did that, because they are good people. They are really good. They charge $75 to come out twice a year and check out the systems, and they once put a new fan in the A/C which cost a couple of hundred dollars. They are very prompt, they get here and check the systems out. When we had the problem with the fan last summer, they came running out and replaced the fan, there was no problem."
