"Our furnace died right when the COVID-19 was starting. The furnace people told us we needed our furnace vent cleaned before we could have the new one installed. We only had 1 1/2 days to find someone. We went through a list of air duct cleaning ing companies and chimney sweepers all to say either they don't provide that service or that they could in a couple of weeks. When I called Planet Duct the y i!immediately answered my call and they were also able to fit us in the next day. They also had a cancellation and were able to come earlier than scheduled. "They did and excellent job!! My husband has asthma so I worried he would get sick even with the cleaning, but they trap all the dirt and dust to keep everything clean and purified. Worth every penny. The air in the house is so clean now and even our furnace ran better after the cleaning. I will be using them again whenever then next time my air ducts need cleaning. "Jeff quoted a reasonable price and followed up with a couple of schedule options, and generously volunteered to reschedule if it was too cold outside the day of the appointment. Jeff and Anthony were very prompt for the appointment and friendly. They left a few areas of small wood shavings and debris in the basement on the washer and dryer and work bench from when they worked on a couple of basement ducts but no major mess. During the service they gave a quick overview of the process and answered all questions asked during the cleaning, seemed to be efficiently working, and finished a little early. They explained that they use a safe disinfectant. Excellent follow-up work warranty saying they would come back if any ducts were missed."
