"I was very impressed with the responsiveness and great sense of customer service. Oscar, quickly provided a fair estimate, and returned the next day to actually do the dry wall repair. Work was excellent, from start to finish. Will definitely be using Elegant Drywall again."

"From beginning to end, Monsoon Renovators exceeded our expectations. After our phone conversation, Chris came to our home to give us an estimate. He answered all of our questions, explained processes, made recommendations and the estimate arrived the next day. He always arrived on time and kept us informed us of what tasks would be completed that day. He repaired drywall and painted several walls, installed a cabinet and sink in our laundry room, installed a vanity in a bathroom, painted our entry door and some floorboards. The outcome was awesome! Chris was always respectful of our property and it was a pleasure having him in our home. We highly recommend him, and will call him any time other projects arise."

"LPZ is a small outfit, with only 3 employees. I found them to be responsive to my request even though it was obvious to me they were trying to juggle my job with another job they were working on at the same time. This did lead to some issues since there are only three of them. That being said, a gentleman named Geraldo did my kitchen drywall repair, which he did a very good job on. He also did a good job fixing my ceiling that had water damage. The only negative to report from my experience was that the original estimate had to be updated, which significantly increased after a further review of the work needed to do the job. However, I considered the final price to be of fair value. I would recommend them based on the quality of work they performed but keep in mind the issues I described above."

"Needed to replace drywall in a damaged house. Found out they did a lot more & hired them for a bathrm remodel. They delivered! Friendly, hard-working & professional. They worked with me over changes that had to be made when materials I ordered didn't come through in a timely manner. They easily fixed problems that I was afraid might be too expensive &/or time-consuming - but weren't. Everything looks perfect. Great crew, I'd hire them again!"

"Carlos was very professional and extremely efficient. He saw the problem and immediately suggested a very accurate and affordable solution. He was punctual and, polite. Prepped the area to be painted, protected all surfaces, and completed all the work required with quiet efficiency. I would highly recommend his services to any of my family or friends."

"They did an AMAZING job!!! Have recommended to MANY of my friends & coworkers!"

"Very conscious of keeping area clean and doing the job right"

"We needed a window in a wall removed and the space filled in with new sheetrock. Daniel is very friendly and was responsive from the start, and he gave us confidence initially that we were going to get what we wanted. Once he got started I was amazed at the speed of their work. However, when they finished their part (window removal, sheetrock install, mudding and texturing), we waited until it was dry and then primed it 2x with Kilz, let that dry, and then painted. It was at that point we saw that you could see the seam around the new piece of sheetrock. From our perspective, it looked as if the mudding wasnt quite right. You shouldn't be able to tell that new sheetrock was installed in the midst of the old wall, yet it was quite obvious. We discussed with them and although he was insisting that the problem was how we were priming and painting, he came back out to fix it. But, after he re-mudded and re-textured on both sides of the new wall, we primed and painted again. Same results."

"Jesus worked with my schedule and completed the job thoroughly. The wall looks great! He also said that if there were any cracks or issues with the parts he worked on that he would come back to fix them at no charge. He's friendly and pleasant to work with!"
