The architect took care of basically everything from start to end. The total price for the work was a bit higher than my budget but it was absolutely worth it. All the materials and final products for the work were high grade and the workmanship too. Zohar and his working crews worked each day including some weekends in order to get stay behind schedule. "It went great. It was a big deal purchase and it did cost me more than the big deal purchase. It was like a deal for four hours for $100 so they did almost half of everything and then they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing up. I think they were a little ill-prepared for how much work that needed to be done. There were just holes everywhere because of the electrical. They re-patched all of the dry wall holes and matched the plaster to the wall. I think they were ill-prepared for that but because of that they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing it so I was pretty happy about that. The price was great. Everything was great. The guy was a little late."
