"Extremely well. Come to find out that #1 and #2 were both on the same GFCI circuit and I didn't know how to reset it. #3 was due to a damaged sensor plate. The light now works when it's turned on using its light switch, but the automatic sensor portion must be replaced which is a simple fix. The gentlemen were great and went out of their way to address all my concerns as a first time homeowner. My only gripe - good luck in calling and expecting a timely response. I purposely called the vendor before I purchased the service to ensure that they serviced my area. I called 3x and left messages and hadn't heard back from anyone. I was in the process of getting another vendor when Transform finally called back. Our discussion went well and I decided to go ahead and purchase the deal. However no one ever got back to me to confirm my requested appointment. I again had to call them a few times and didn't hear back. I finally emailed them to tell them if they couldn't honor the appointment then please let me know so I could use another company. I finally got a prompt reply. I told the gentlemen about the annoyance and asked what had happened. They apologized and admitted that they were pretty busy and weren't able to get back to customers as they should have - this is totally understandable. Otherwise Transform did fantastic work. Would I use them again? I'll answer this way - if I call them and have to leave a message and no one gets back to me by the next business day (either phone or email), then no."

"Fantastic! A week before the appointment, Andrew called me to discuss what I needed done. I explained everything and he said that all of the work could probably be done within the time period covered by the offer. We scheduled an appointment and Andrew appeared as scheduled. He and his assistant went right to work on each of the matters and I could not be more delighted with the work that they did. Andrew determined that two of my lighting fixtures could not be repaired due to the nature of their construction, but he made that determination only after taking each fixture apart, analyzing the problems, and spending significant time trying to repair each of them. Not only did Andrew do everything he said he would do, he also supplied a new outlet to replace a defective one and installed a ceiling cap to cover the space left as a result of the temporary removal of an exterior fixture. Andrew of Paps Electric LLC was professional, courteous, and efficient and he delivered on everything he said he would. "It went great -- we received an estimate and purchased the smoke alarms and lights we needed. We then contacted the business to schedule a time when the work would be completed. John was on time, professional, and very helpful. We had a wiring issue after having some AC work done near one of the smoke alarms, and he explained to us that it would be wise to replace the smoke alarms (they are hard-wired in).
