"Contractors Inc just finished refacing my kitchen cabinets and they look fantastic! In fact, they're nicer than I expected! The whole process was great from getting the estimate from Jon to the installation by Bayron. My kitchen is tricky because it's an historic DC building with quirky sizes and fixtures, and it slowed down the process, however no corners were cut and I didn't have to make any compromises. I've gotten used to settling for options I didn't really want thanks to this condo and its oddities, but like I said, it's even better than what I originally wanted. The cabinets are of excellent quality and Bayron's work is impeccable. I highly recommend them!"

"We had our maple kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts refinished by them. The refinished cabinet doors looked better than when original. The refinishing job really brought out the grain in them. They were redone in the same stain as original and the color matched the cabinet frames perfectly. It was a great value for the money. Much less than refacing. When Pete came out to estimate the job, we asked about refinishing and refacing and he gave us an estimate for both. He readily answered our questions about the work. Communication was good and mostly by email. Joe, the refinisher was very friendly and polite. He comes out and removes the doors and drawer fronts to take them. He returns and reinstalls and aligns the doors. He kept in communication with us when an unforeseen issue made it not possible to keep or original reinstall appointment. I highly recommend this company."

"After reading such great reviews on Angies List about Furniture Medic by Karen AND a great review from a friend of mine, I contacted the company via e-mail.  Along with a description of the piece and the repair that needed done, I sent photos and dimensions of the piece.  Within less than 24 hours, I received a reply from Erick (one of the owners) with a quote for the repair of the Queen Ann leg which had broken off from the base of a custom-built lighted dressing table.  He scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. <br /> <br />When his prior appointment to mine was complete, he called me to tell me he had finished that job early and would it be possible to come about an hour early --- which was just perfect!  He is what I call a "miracle worker" and definitely a master of his trade! <br /> <br />In order to turn the dressing table upside down, he had to disassemble the lighted mirror box and all the electrical wiring.  Once he took the leg off (which was hanging by a thread), we then began to discuss "refurbishing" the color since the piece is about 30 years old and the color has faded in many areas.  He was able to repair and refurbish the piece onsite at a very reasonable price.  It looks like a brand new piece of furniture and I couldn't be more pleased.  Erick is a delightful person as well as a perfectionist in his work. <br /> <br />I recommend him highly! <br />"

"The Kitchen & Bath Studio was referred to us by a friend who used this company to re-do a bathroom. We were in desperate need to have our kitchen remodeled and went to the showroom. Dan was very nice and professional from the start. He scheduled a time to come to our house to measure the kitchen and had a very fast turn time on a cabinet design. He helped us with some key decisions and guided us when picking tile and granite. He and his team showed up on time and were quick, efficient and professional. They made the space perfect, even fixing and re-painting the ceiling and walls. I have recommended them to many friends and we would most certainly use them again. Five stars."
