"Went well. On time and explained what was done. As an additional positive, brought potential parts needed for the repair"

"Mike was on time, professional, fast and efficient. He spotted the problem and fixed it in no time. Because I paid for two hours, he was able to do several small jobs as well. He even, without being asked, put back on the circuit breaker door which had been removed months ago. Ralo is now my company for electrical repairs."

"I was having electrical problems throughout my house. Some appliances worked, some didn’t. Some lights were too bright sometimes, others were too dim sometimes. Some electrical outlets worked, some didn’t. Chris was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes and called BG&E himself to arrange for BG&E to send a repair truck out to my house, since the problem was a damaged power line leading into the house (specifically, the ground/neutral wire had been severed from rubbing up against a tree)."

"Ryan came out a few months before to fix a lamp on the front lawn.  Very professional and fixed problem quickly.

More recently our house had a lightening strike, knocking our half the circuits.  I sent Ryan an email at 11:00 PM and he responded in 15 minutes that he would be out the following day.  He came right on time, repaired the issues that needed to be repaired.  He did not have all the parts on his truck and asked if he could pick them up and finish up the following day.  My family was heading out on vacation the next day and I told Ryan we could finish this up when we return.  His response was "lets get this done before you leave".  He went out, got the parts, returned in a hour and finished up the job.

Ryan helped make a difficult time a little more manageable.  Really appropriate it and highly recommend then!

"Ludwing did an amazing job! He installed a new light fixture in my home and what I appreciated the most was that he explained the connection to the wiring and how things work. This was very helpful because he corrected a job from a handyman who installed a light fixture that could have destroyed my home. He is a master of his craft. Not only will I use him for future projects but have also shared his contact with friends needing electronic assistance."

"It went very well. Polite and considerate. Gave us the option of replacing or repairing. Quick and professional. Very pleased with work that was done. Would hire again if needed."

"Exceptional work. Easy to arrange with quick response, arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired both issues quickly. Professional work, very friends and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely hire again and completely recommend."

"He did the job right, made extra effort to enable easier hole repair. Very personable and easy to work with. He even corrected bad plug wiring done to the dryer by Lowe's on install."
