Geico Builders crew had an immediate availability to solve our issues. Mila was assigned to our project as a project manger. The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. We set up a date/time for a consultation and Juan was available and prompt and had great energy, listened to what we wanted and provided great ideas. Then we picked a date and he and his team worked on a Sunday and got it all done. There were efficient, knowledgeable, talented, neat, and friendly. They had a truck with all the equipment, they bought all the trees and plants and they removed all trash and debris and left our front yard looking lovely. We could not have been happier with how our new fence, mulch, Cyprus trees, Japanese Maple and Bougainvillea front yard turned out. And they also set up the irrigation for the future watering The experience was very positive, and we think our front yard is so elevated."
