Set up apt. for service a week out and vendor kept in contact at all times re arrival window, arrival time etc. Deni arrived at expected/communicated time, explained job to be done, took before & after photos etc. and was very very careful to cover surrounding area of fireplace and clean up job was great. I always know what to expect when I arrive home to my clean house. Janet is very easy to communicate with via phone or text. Over time, my schedule has changed, and Janet has always been very flexible with finding a day and time that works for both of us. The flexibility and easy communication is just as important to me as the clean house. Janet and her team are the perfect mix of professional and personable, and I am happy to recommend their services."
