"J.R. and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my driveway. They hauled everything away and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would recommend his company for any concrete job needing to be done"

"Adelin happened to be in my neighborhood on another job (redoing someone else's stucco exterior) and was able to take care of my job over 1 day within 48 hours of the bid. In this part of the country I think there are plenty of suboptimal stucco/EIFS jobs and few competent ones. Adelin is one of the few who definitely knows what he is doing. I would not hesitate to call him again for stucco work in the future."

"The project went great. Tommy met me after hours to get the estimate and got started within a week of approval. Tommy did all of the work we talked about and went out of his way to do many extra things including pouring a pad in front of the shop with extra concrete, removing front yard landscaping with backhoe, leveling backyard with extra fill dirt and sand. Work was performed quickly and as quoted. Tommy returned after all work was complete to make sure we were happy and to polish up some details that he recognized without me asking about them. <br />"

"Luke gave us a very detailed quote after several suggestions on different options for pouring a 720 sq ft slab for a house addition. He was extremely helpful in preparing for the pour (we act as our own GC and this was the first foundation we have had poured) and he and his crew showed up on time and poured a beautiful slab for us. He was insisting on proper permits and inspections (not all contractors do as we have bitterly discovered) and helped coordinate all plumbing that needed to be set in the slab before the pour. Luke and his crew spent all afternoon slick troweling the slab since it is going to be acid-stained and polished to function as the finished floor. The price was a bit higher than other quotes, but Luke's professional attitude and expertise made us go with him anyway. As it turns out, you get what you pay for and I wholeheartedly recommend this company!"

"<p>Our house has a concrete patio comprised of six sections each measuring 5 feet by 6 feet and separated by 2 x 4 spacers. Over the years the surface had become uneven as a result of some of the sections settling as much as four inches along the edges of the sections. We hired Airlift Concrete Experts to raise sections as needed to level all sections in relation to one another and to insure that the entire patio slanted slightly away from the wall of the house to insure water flow off the patio. Within a few days we got an estimate of cost, agreed to proceed, and the work was completed in a few hours on the next day. We had a good relationship with the work crew and each step of the process was explained as they proceeded. We are happy with the result and the patio has remained level since the job was completed over 19 months ago. I would recommend this firm for similar work to anyone.</p> <br>"

"Very smooth process, they kept everything cleaned as they went along. They also were able to get the insurance company to pay for the repair of my fence that was damaged from the storm also. I have the best looking roof on my street!"

"Joe Frazier and his crew of four arrived promptly, received instructions, and worked diligently for over eight hours, pressure cleaning the vinyl siding and brick exterior of my house, large deck, and fences that had not been pressure cleaned since being built beside large oaks in 1991. Their work was meticulous and they were very considerate. They moved many flower pots, racks, all movable outdoor furniture, and the grill to clean the entire floor of the deck, replacing everything when their work was completed. The concrete looked freshly-poured, without stains. The siding and fences looked new. I don't know comparable prices for similar challenging jobs, but what I paid (about $31 per person per hour) was certainly less than the cost of a new paint job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In the future, I'll call Mr. Frazier annually for inexpensive touch-up pressure washing to prevent the pollen and mold from taking over again."

FAQs for concrete driveways & floors installation projects in Conway, AR

Polished concrete floors offer many benefits with very few drawbacks. While issues like discoloration, stains, or imprints may occur during pouring, these are rare when working with a skilled flooring contractor. Once polished, concrete floors are easy to maintain, long-lasting, and eco-friendly. They also resist mold and moisture, making them ideal for allergy-prone households, and offer versatile design options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Polished concrete flooring is often more affordable than tile. It involves lower material costs and less labor-intensive installation. Tile installations require additional leveling and preparation, which increases labor costs. Opting for concrete flooring helps reduce upfront expenses and provides a durable, stylish finish that saves money over time with minimal maintenance.

While epoxy flooring offers enhanced durability and toughness compared to polished concrete, it comes with higher material and labor costs. If budget is a top priority, polished concrete floors provide a resilient and attractive finish without the premium price tag, making them an ideal choice for value and long-term performance.

Polished concrete floors last 20 years or more when installed by licensed professionals and maintained with proper care. Their enduring finish withstands heavy use and remains visually impressive for decades. Regular deep cleaning and maintenance help safeguard the floor’s integrity, providing homeowners with a long-lasting, cost‐effective solution that endures daily wear without compromising style.

Polished concrete floors increase home value by offering a modern, sleek appearance and exceptional durability. A professionally installed floor not only enhances visual appeal but also minimizes maintenance expenses, making the property more attractive to prospective buyers. This flooring upgrade delivers a refined look while boosting overall market competitiveness and long-term property value.
