"Very well. My sidewalk had settled and was causing a trip hazard. The estimate was done via email due to my tight timeline. Sent them pictures and received a response the next day. Actual cost was $25 over the estimate due to site characteristics not apparent on my photos but still sounded reasonable to me. They leveled 5 sidewalk squares including my front porch stoop. Work was done in a little over an hour and looks great!"

"Called Core Concrete out to give an estimate on a Walk from driveway to house. 27 foot long 3 foot wide. Nothing particularly fancy. The Estimator Brian Stated there was a $4,000 minimum on the project that we have had other quotes of $2100 to $2600. He stated that as a member of BAGI the quality is unparalleled. Then I started asking what exactly the $4000 included other than being back by BAGI. I asked if they seal the concrete. For an additional charge of course. Then I asked if the reinforce the concrete. Brian states Rebar. I asked if it was a question or a statement. I replies what did the other estimates say? I said I'm asking what your company does, What is included in the price other than I backing of BAGI. Brian calls me a Smart Butt and hops in his car. With the estimator acting like a question of what is included in the price is a smart butt question, I cant recommend this company. I felt my time was wasted and would recommend staying away.May 9th 2025. In Indianapolis."

"Wallace construction came to my door after seeing shingles missing on my roof. Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

"We had to have our roof and gutters/facia replaced due to a severe hail storm. We contacted Raine @ VIP and he took care of everything from working with the insurance adjuster to the end of the job.
