"We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim."

Kyle and Neal arrived on time the following morning and were on top of what needed to be done, it was like plumbing triage and they were able to get right into the walls and diagnose the issue and do what was necessary to get our heat working again.
