"Charlie was very courteous and professional. He was able to come to our job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very thorough in moving out a stack washer and dryer unit and cleaning all around, including the top of the stack , which I could never reach. He inspected our installation and recommended replacing the connecting duct work, which was leaking a lot of fuzz and dust. Then he went outside, climbed a ladder with equipment and cleaned all of the lint in the duct outside, by blowing it from the inside. He did the same with our other dryer on the lower level. We were completely satisfied with his work. He left both areas neat and tidy! Great job!"

"I was encouraged by the professionalism of the estimater/saleman, and then blindsided by the lack of concern the install crew and supervisor displayed when a problem occurred. Fiberglass insulation was in my air vents after the install and the supervisor denied any responsibility and did not offer to help clean it out. I am in a state of uncertainty about the future of the system."

"Angie's List has a coupon for this service.  But the coupon price is misleading, you are not saving any money with the coupon, this is the standard price for this vendor.  I don't believe it should be listed as a coupon.  Also, when I was directed to Pay Pal, the instructions were confusing.  You were instructed to select a date to have the work performed.  That instruction didn't apply to this vendor.  The sample containers arrived within a few days of placing my order.  I sent the sample bottles out the next day.  The instructions were fairly easy to follow, although I have taken samples like these for my job and I believe there should be better instructions about how to make sure you don't contaminate the sample.  Simple instructions, like when you unscrew the lid try not to put it down, but if you have to, make sure you put it on a clean paper towel.  Pictures would help.  Also, don't sneeze or cough over the sample.  I received the results in about a week from when I sent the sample, an email came first followed by a letter in the mail.  The results were easy to read."

"These guys are a good-natured, enthusiastic, professional, and hard-working crew!  We were getting joist reinforcement done under the house and the workers for that company said they needed our metal ducting removed and set to the side so they could get to the joists and jack up the floor, and then replaced when they were done.  I contacted Redd's, who I had used once before for air conditioner repair, and James came to inspect, and let me know our ducting was duct board instead of metal and would fall apart if they tried to move it and put it back in place.  It was almost 30 years old and probably in need of replacement anyway.  James gave us a quote by the next day for all new metal ducting.  They had to time their work in coordination with the other company, and with 3 days notice, they were here by 7:45 a.m. and had all the duct work removed and carted away by 9:15.  Two days later, the other company finished the joist work by noon and Redd's was back that afternoon to install enough of the new duct work so we could have partial A/C over the weekend.  They were back on Monday and finished the whole thing.  They not only installed all new duct work, but also replaced vent covers that were rusting a little, and installed all new vapor barrier, which we had already contracted the other company for but got to cancel and saved $600.  They worked very hard, but always had time to answer my questions and explain what they were doing, and even pointed out a small water pipe leak for me so I could get it repaired.  I won't have any problem using this very professional company again. <br />"

"On 1/22/2013 Tony Hall from Covenant Heating and Cooling came to my home to check out my heating unit.  Tony arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment and displayed and clean and neat, professional appearance.  When he came into my home, he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt.  When he went to the HVAC unit, he found my problem in about 5 minutes.  Tony said that he would have to order the part.  On 1/23/2013 Covenant called and said that the part was in and I scheduled and appointment for 1/24/2013.  On 1/24/2013, Tony was again early for his appointment and had my HVAC repaired in about 15 minutes.  I was very impressed with this company and Tony Hall. <br />"
