We had our roof replaced, our homes exterior painted, some siding replaced as well as two exterior dormer windows replaced. My daughter has used this company as well for new gutters as well as exterior painting. The workers are always friendly , professional and experienced. They answer all questions that you may have and leave the job site spotless after the job is completed. The office staff is always helpful and friendly as well and promptly return calls. I highly recommend JD Hostetter. They are reasonable on their job quotes too. You will not be disappointed if you use this company!"

"I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company. Ryan even stopped by a few times to check that the temporary covers were still protecting our house, so we had coffee together! Oh and their selection of shingles and siding are great! I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great."

"We could not be happier with the work that Rick, Miguel and his crew did to replace our roof and repair the water damage at the base of our chimney! Before starting the job, Rick and Miguel carefully inspected everything and talked to us about options to solve our leaky roof problem. The next day we received estimates for each option that were very fairly priced. Other contractors (with A ratings and many more reviews on Angie's List) were not as accommodating and gave us higher estimates to do the same work. One contractor told us it wasn't worth their time to stop by to assess the job, unless we promised to replace the entire roof. Another contractor tried to up-sell us on items we clearly did not need (such as replacing gutters and gutter guards that are less than a year old). In contrast, Rick and Miguel were very accommodating in answering all of our questions in a timely fashion --- even when it required a few visits to our house to take measurements and perform further investigations on the leak issue. Each time, they were very polite, professional and informative on what should be done to solve the problem. The new roof on our house and shed look fantastic! All the guys worked hard and did a marvelous job. They were very careful about disposing the roofing debris and performed a thorough clean up.
