Their repair team out the following Thursday with a new vent, shingles, and repair items and performed the repair within an hour. "We could not be happier with the work that Rick, Miguel and his crew did to replace our roof and repair the water damage at the base of our chimney! Before starting the job, Rick and Miguel carefully inspected everything and talked to us about options to solve our leaky roof problem. The next day we received estimates for each option that were very fairly priced. Other contractors (with A ratings and many more reviews on Angie's List) were not as accommodating and gave us higher estimates to do the same work. One contractor told us it wasn't worth their time to stop by to assess the job, unless we promised to replace the entire roof. Another contractor tried to up-sell us on items we clearly did not need (such as replacing gutters and gutter guards that are less than a year old). In contrast, Rick and Miguel were very accommodating in answering all of our questions in a timely fashion --- even when it required a few visits to our house to take measurements and perform further investigations on the leak issue. Each time, they were very polite, professional and informative on what should be done to solve the problem. The new roof on our house and shed look fantastic!
