He made it so the blinds on the inside of the glass worked again AND he fixed a piece of the wood trim that was falling off(without me even asking)! I hadn't asked him to do that as I knew that would raise the price & I didn't have any extra $'s. Let me tell you...he is fair & affordable! He is a "old school" hard worker, works long hours & even weekends! He is knowledgeable & will do the job right...no short cuts here! I think he knows how to do just about anything & he will let you know if the repair is worth it, good or bad & the issues that could possibly arise! He is honest, real, down to earth & no BS! "They did a great job on a project that was rather difficult and complex. I had to get special approval to put in an electric door. They had to put in special tracks that went around the rafters among other things. It was a winter job and they worked through the icy cold, too! They did a beautiful job and I'm highly impressed! I would highly recommend them."

"We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. After evaluating multiple options, Brian told us that we needed a sump pump and drain tile installed to permanently fix this problem. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. The workers arrived when he said they would, and the work was completed the same day in the afternoon. Thank you to Brian and his company for being so accommodating, being there when we needed him, and completing the work promptly.

After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."
