"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"I contracted Eric to restore my dining room walls, ceiling and floors after ice-**** damage. At first, everything went well, and Eric was very responsive. Because we had to wait for the hardwood flooring to arrive, the job dragged on for weeks--actually for a few months, and as time went on, it was clear that my job was a "filler." Eric's team worked on the project when they had time. The guys who showed up were all very nice, but from what I could tell, they lacked the skills and/or attention to detail that I believed was warranted. (The painting lines along the ceiling line is very jagged and inconsistent. There are areas along the wall where the painting was incomplete. The hardwood planks are installed such that unstained sides show, and the wall retexturing does not match the existing.) I sent many emails to Eric, after nearly every time one of his team members worked on the project, explaining my concerns, as well as my uncertainty about the quality of work I should/could expect from him and his team. He always sent someone to address the issue, but they always left without fixing the problem/s. Needless to say, the back and forth was frustrating, and toward the end, I became resolved that I wasn't going to get the level of workmanship I had hoped for. I requested that Eric come to my home and meet with me. Maybe I was being too fastidious, and if so I wanted him to review the inconsistencies with me and let me know if he thought I should/could expect a fix. Eric refused to come meet me. In an email, he said he "had no intention" of coming. He was too busy elsewhere, but he'd send his "No. 1 guy." That guy showed up, and he too was very nice, he did not adequately address my concerns. At that point, I gave up and just agreed to send the final payment. I'm left very disappointed that he chose not to meet with me to review my concerns. Furthermore, besides being unsuccessful at completing the job satisfactorily, the "No. 1 guy" left a terrible mess from the spray-on texturing application he used to "fix" the job. And given that it took them a lot of tries to match both the color and type of paint, they ended up with about a dozen gallon cans, all of which they left in my garage, along with extra insulation that I then had to dispose of. The photos include examples of what was done in 2012 and what was done recently by Remedy Residential."

"<strong>How'd it go? Perfect!</strong> Peter met and exceeded my expectations. <br /> I sought bids from three vendors for this project. I choose Peter because of his listening skills and attention to details. He spotted all the areas needing attention without me pointing them out. What I wanted was a variation of a Shaker door, and he was able to provide the custom touch. The stain color is a perfect match and the reconditioning of the cabinet carcasses made them look and feel nearly brand new. The quality of his work is outstanding. <br /> As a single woman, I need service providers I can trust to be looking out for me in an honest, ethical manner. I have been disappointed far too many times with other home improvement projects. What a treat it is to feel positive about a service provider before, during, and after the project is completed. His estimate wasn't the lowest of the three vendors, however, the decision to go with Nova/Peter was a no brainer. The others were slick salesmen trying to sell me in their product/stain color, or were patronizing. Peter simply listened to what I wanted and discussed what he could provide. Without me asking, he provided several options that allowed me to determine how much I wanted to invest in the project.  <br /> I scheduled the project about 6 months ahead of time. Between the initial visit through the project, Peter's level of communication was appropriate... staying in touch without bothering me too much. When he came to take the final measurements, he clearly remembered what we discussed months before. It was fun to watch him work and identify potential challenges he needed to anticipate. <br /> I can recommend Peter with confidence. <br /> My thanks to Angie's List and to Nova's previous customers who provided reviews. Next time I have a major project, I will definitely use Angie's List to identify service providers. <br />"

"Fantastic! We found our 30+ year old shower was leaking into the bedroom below. Not knowing who to call, we turned to Angi's List. We attempted to contact three different tile contractors through the list, and the only response (within the hour, incidentally) was Zach Sampson's Pristine Kitchen and Bath. He came by within a day to look at the project and make an estimate, which included replacing the damaged pan and water damaged sub-floor. He also applied temporary caulk so we could use the shower until he could start the rebuild. While not inexpensive, his estimate included demolition of the existing shower (including a glass brick wall), rebuilding with tile, the necessary glass work and plumbing, and labor. My only additional expense would be actual cost on the tile and new shower fixtures (with a new shower, new fixtures seemed like a great idea). Zack was able to start the project a week earlier than scheduled. He was considerate of our needs. He showed up in the morning at the exact time he said he would each and every day, placed floor protective barriers, and he swept and vacuumed the floor every afternoon before leaving, which allowed us to use the remainder of the bathroom during the night. Zack's thoroughness and work quality was outstanding, including the necessary water damage repairs. He made some artistic suggestions regarding the tile colors and patterns that were spot on. Further, he was friendly and had no reservations about answering my stream of questions. His plumbing and paint subcontractors as well as the tile vendor he recommended were easy to work with. Money well spent. Without reservation, I would recommend Zack Sampson and his Pristine Kitchen and Bath, and I will certainly use him again."

"Eugene is an absolute professional. He gave a very fair price, showed up on time each day, and did excellent work remodeling two bathrooms. It was obvious that he didn't take shortcuts or do any subpar work. He was fair and honest. I will hire Eugene for every single project going forward. He stands out as a contractor because he is reliable and consistently does excellent work. Wish this website would let me add attachments so you can see how amazing my bathroom looks."
