"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"<p>Punctuality problems constantly.  I don't think they arrived within 15 minutes of due time 40% of time..  30%  of time within hour of time promised.  I definitely had to call owner more than half the time and ask where they were.  One of the last 3 times they were there they arrived 2 hours late because they had called me and asked if they could come in 15 minutes 2 HOURS EARLY because of a cancellation.  When I said no... they decided to punish me and come 2 hours late instead and tell me I was not cooperative... As a matter of fact I was told I was uncooperative almost every time I called to ask WHERE ARE THEY?</p> <p>They broke several perfume bottles in my collection... and never mentioned them... Only once did they tell me they broke something when they did because it was a 2 foot statue that was on an end table that they said they didn't see and it fell off.</p> <p>Last visit I noticed many deep scratches on my end table and when I contacted the owner he put me off for a few weeks saying he was going on vacation... when I hadn't heard from him for weeks and I was due for another cleaning, I called him back and he told me that his people couldn't possible have done them... and I just refused to accept another explanation.  Told him they and I were the only people in the apt. and if they didn't do it that means I did... It didn't happen by themselves... He even told me that the scheduler told him I had people at my house for the holiday... and that wasn't true.   Couldn't believe it..  I did not have guests over the holidays and the imaginary guests were not responsible for the damage to the table.  </p> <p>Anyway he said it was impossible for them to be responsible and if he thought it were possible he would fix it... but since it's impossible he couldn't... And they would have told him... although they apparently did not mention the other broken items.</p> <p>So if you don't mind being called uncooperative and  a liar, and want to be blamed when they go off schedule and if you want your schedule to revolve around theirs, and if you can accept broken items and damage to your possessions as not their fault... then they do a decent job... not great.. but decent. </p>"
