The company is owned and operated by Paul Choate and has been in business since 1995. I do hire skilled specialty sub-contractors such as electrical and plumbing contractors when called for. All of my subcontractors are licensed and insured (and so am I!). CT Remodeling License: HIC0619070. I do not provide "estimates". I do, however, provide a detailed written firm price quotation based on the project specifications, budget, and other factors involved in the construction project. A firm price quotation will not be provided unless a budget for the project has been established.
