"We recently hired Freedom Electric for a full home rewire in our older home, which came with plenty of quirks and challenges. "It was pretty rocky. At first. Several appoints made by Tri-State no one ever showed up.Crew showed up to install the Generator before the site survey and did not have necessary equipment or cooperation of Electric or gas company nor call before you dig had been notified. I called Tri-State to warn them the call before dig had never been preformed. They said they'd take care of it, did not happen until right before installation crew came back the second time. The first time they were here they could not have installed the generator even had they had all the parts because none of the utilities had been marked. Finally after about three months the Generac was installed and working. I had several questions that I could never get answered by calling Tri-State. One of the installation team had to come back a couple of weeks later to replace a damaged part and he answered all my questions. The guys who installed the Generac were great, the problem is your guys operation center and call center as far as I can see do not communicate very well. Anyway the generator has worked fine in several power outages this spring. I am happy right now but I live in dread something goes wrong and I have to call Tri-State for help."

"We couldn't have been happier with the work Dudley and Tyler did! I had purchased recessed light cans, trims, and dimmer switches to install myself but then threw out my back, so was in a bind. Because of this deal, I was able to have them remove a ceiling fan and bar light and install five can lights and trims in our kitchen. They then replaced a breaker and tightened up our breaker box. They also helped us think through adding additional can lights in another tricky space. They were punctual, patient with our 1970's wiring, and kept us updated through the process. I had purchased the wrong dimmer switches and they had some on the truck they were able to sell us so as not to bring the work to a halt. The cost of the deal and the materials used in the project, dimmer switches, and breaker is reflected below. They were thoughtful, detail oriented, and professional. I would used the again. As an aside, we were warned ahead of time by our interior decorator that electricians will not patch the holes left from the removal of lighting fixtures and I was able to patch the two holes that day. Just be aware that may be something you will need to do or hire out if you tackle the same type of project. Just ask Ashpaugh and I am sure they could refer you to a who they use for drywall work."
