"I purchased a coupon in the summer and finally contacted them to get an appt. this fall. He called back promptly and we set an appt. for Dec. 1st. That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. I recognize this is a busy time so appreciated the fact that he made sure to keep in contact even though it may have taken a bit longer that expected. "We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. I especially appreciated that he put together the order and emailed me the cart so that I could easily pay at the store without having to figure out exactly what items I needed. "We had Decks Decks Decks (DDD) remove our old porch, support the roof and install a new porch under the roof with Trex deck boards, railing and fascia. DDD took care of the permitting. They were very friendly to work with and worked straight through the job, weather permitting, without running off to other jobs. We were happy with the price we paid. Our payments were structured to make payments as the job progressed with the last payment made when the job was finished. The porch was built very structurally sound, square and level. DDD helped us choose Trex colors that matched our house very well. DDD set us up with the Trex warranty. We would highly recommend DDD to anyone that needs a deck or porch."

"This was my third time working with this contractor and each project was a pleasurable experience! As was the case with the other two, they started this project on time and finished on time! All the work was done according to strict Mount Lebanon code. They made suggestions based upon their experience i.e we wanted a six foot high shadow box fence but while Mount Lebanon code allows for a six foot high privacy fence of just about any style, they do not allow, by code, a six foot high shadowbox fence. Steve Hilpert proceeded to build us a 4 foot high shadowbox fence (the maximum height allowed by code) with a custom built 2 foot high trellis section which Mount Lebanon subsequently approved. The fence looks beautiful!
I was nervous about cutting a big hole in the wall of our addition to install the sliding glass door. Now the door looks like it has been there all along! It came out PERFECTLY!
The deck is also beautiful and solid as a rock! We had an issue with the location of our two central air conditioning units off the back of the house. The other contractors (which I found here on Angie's List as well) said they would just build over these units. Not knowing anything about central air conditioning this seemed reasonable to me. Steve was the ONLY contractor who told me that you absolutely CAN NOT block the air flow above the units! Not only that, he was honest enough to tell me that moving the units should be done by a qualified HVAC contractor. Now that is a contractor you can trust!
All work was completed on time and within budget. The same crew arrived early each day and were polite and professional. The job site was spotless at the end of each day!
