"He wasn't the first choice due to price, but he matched the price and was able to complete the job before the first company could even start the fence. Love the outcome!"

"The team from Models was very professional, and met their promised dates perfectly. We have several hundred feet of vinyl and aluminum fencing put in to enclose more than 1/2 acre. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"The crew was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the whole install process. I appreciate them working together with me because I am very pleased with the finished job."

"Excellent choice. Had some initial problems between Home Advisor contact with Pugh's but resolved by calling Pugh's direct. Shondre showed up as promised an hour later. Surveyed and confirmed work needed (wood 4x4 installation and repair), arrived at suitable pricing, and completed all work within three hours. Very Satisfactory work and pricing. Highly recommend Shondre Pugh and Pugh's Quality Fencing Plus to all. Terry R. New Bern, NC."

"Did a great job, very professional would recommend him to others"

"Work was top notch. The finished porch looks great. They did a quality job on the screened porch. They made sure each evening the area was clean and left the the job area clean when finished. I will definitely use them for future projects."

"After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.
