"I can not say enough good things about Capital Palmetto Builders. Ivan and his team were very professional, walked us through the whole process and answered the many questions we had. Before we began the process of getting a new roof and seamless gutters we did our due diligence and contacted two other companies along with Capital Palmetto Builders. After meeting with the other two roofing companies there was no doubt that we were going with Capital, and I’m so glad we did! The roof and seamless gutters looks absolutely amazing and the crew did a very detailed clean up of all roofing debris and nails that were on the ground before they left. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters installed!!"

"Edge Roofing was very professional in their workmanship. They were on time, and showed up when they said they would. They did a great job repairing my roof."

"Currently in the middle of a billing dispute but the repair guys were courteous and did everything we needed to fix our problem."

"The guys at Roofing Experts were prompt for both my estimate appointment and my repair appointment. They are knowledgeable and are very good at what they do. He probably could have sold me a new roof, but was very honest with me about exactly what the problems were, costing me significantly less money. Their work was great, they were friendly, and their price was excellent. I would recommend these guys to anyone and they will be doing our next roof repair for sure!"

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Exterior Specialists did an excellent job replacing my roof. It was worn out and had a leak in one room. When they took the old roof off they found another older roof under it. The previous contractor did not remove it as I thought. Exterior Specialists removed it and repaired some rotting wood on o short flat roof over the front door that was leaking unknown to me. They are a great company to work with and I will recommend them to anyone."

"Great structure! Finished on time. Quick to respond to touch ups requested. Quality work."

"I really like their salesman and I thought they really did a good job in our roof but the siding contractor that they use, we were not happy at them at all."
