"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"Legacy done a fantastic job of adding bulldog covers to all of our gutters as well as a new downspout to help with the amount of run off. They were so respectful of our property and flower beds. I would have never known they were even there! Great job and will hire again with any gutter needs."

"Omar is a great individual that communicates really well with the gutter installation. His always available for questions or concerns, advice and recommendations."

"Tito and his team were very professional and prompt when they installed my gutters!! Highly recommend them!"

"We had a lot of hail damage in our neighborhood. Mike Bauer was checking other roofs and we had him look at ours with his drone. He said we had more than sufficient damage to meet the criteria for Allstate to replace our roof under our coverage. He worked with us to file the claim and then with the Allstate adjusters. It ended up being a LONG battle with Allstate as one office seemed to simply refuse regardless of the detailed pictures and supporting adjuster reports. We FINALLY got through that barrier with Mike going to bat with us 1000% and Allstate covered it all. Capital Palmetto Builders did a GREAT job on replacing our roof and gutters and gutter guards. With all the banging on the roof during the old roofing shingle demolition, some of our cathedral ceilings had nail pops. We showed them to Mike and he immediately arranged for a crew to come in and fix them, even found others that I'd missed. They did the repairs and painting in a VERY professional manner. We couldn't be happier."

"Very fast and neat. Prices were right. Gutters look and work great."

"Rodrigo did my entire 1st floor remodel, the flooring, painting, removal of a wall and waterline, adding of another closet pantry and installing my cabinets. It all turned out great."

"The did a fantastic job installing the gutters and replacing the old ones! Very happy with their efficiency and quality of product."

"The salesman indicated that they would replace rotted wood; however, the installers did not replace any wood. The installers were on time, did their work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The cost was, however, several times greater than the closest estimate. The product looks good, and the wood behind the gutters was wrapped in a metal-type siding, so it should be protected from contact with water. Overall, I am pleased, but no one appreciates being lied to."
