They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "I was fortunate because the first call i received after requesting help in moving was from Seeyon Shackrack the owner of Move Masters in Hendersonville NC. We spoke about my needs. We set a time and date. In the couple of days that followed I changed my description of what I was moving a few times. In fact even up to the morning that Seeyon and Aaron showed up right on time, I was adding to my load and destinations. They were both EXTREMELY agreeable , pleasant and flexible. Really nice guys. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They secured my stuff. But No One told me I was being charged for the tape!! Do you think they cleaned up the mess they left! NO!! They loaded my belongings that I worked hard for. On the way I get a call stating the truck broken down. That they would put it on another truck. Obviously they did somewhere. My stuff went to Hollywood FL. Why they did this I have no idea. My place I moved to was before you even go to Hollywood FL. It finally arrived. The driver only. So he said no one in this vicinity wanted to make any money off of Market place. So who do you think helped to unload? I did. I?m 65 years young. Do you think that they took it off of my bill? NO! That?s another story. My stuff was broken, scratched up, and a box was lost. I called and told them. I was told they would check. But never called me back. Now they give me a quote for the move right. Oh NO!! You pay double. Pay it or you won?t get your stuff!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ??"
