"From start to finish, I have been dazzled by the level of service and courtesy from these folks. I begin shopping for someone to refinish the kitchen sink about three years ago. I located miracle method via Angies and they promptly gave me a very reasonable estimate. However, what with scheduling difficulties on my part and cash flow redirections, I did not get around to scheduling the service until a few weeks ago. Again, these folks were great. Cara picked right back up on the same estimate and got us on the work schedule right away. She was super careful and courteous about making everything as easy for me as possible. The refinishing process needed to be scheduled over two consecutive days, to give the new paint an opportunity to cure. Cara got me the dates and times I asked for and even called the day before to confirm that the dates were still convenient for me. The technician, Patrick, was at all times courteous, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. He called me before the appointments, showed up on time, worked for exactly the same length of time I was told he would be there, was meticulous about his protection of all the other surfaces in the kitchen, and even left the kitchen cleaner then he found it! He had a great attitude, even when having to work around the dogs. I have already recommended these folks to others and will do so at every opportunity.
