"My experience with Kellogg's Air Duct Cleaning was good. They came in, fixed minor issues we had, we paid them and never had problems yet. They did not have any issues climbing up in the attic, checking out every vent, just did a thorough assessment of the system, fixed some of the issues that were happening, and recommended what it was that we could do to improve the system. It was a fair price that they charged us and it only took a couple of hours. I was very pleased. He checked everything. There were issues with the duct that he looked at. When he did his thorough checked that's where he found little issues here and there. It was just the duct work I was actually having issues with and he fixed it all instead of just come out and fixed the duct and leave. He actually fixed everything out even the little issues I had. He was there two hours, took him 20 minutes to figure out that I had all these other problems. I would recommend them again for sure."

"He arrived on time and took a look at what we initially called him for, which was to patch a hole in the carpet that our rabbit chewed up. He says it's no problem, and we also asked for an estimate to clean the carpet. He asked when we wanted it done, and I said as soon as possible, so he did it while he was there as well. He was super friendly and did a terrific job. He patched the carpet with some carpet from the closet. The patched carpet is not noticeable at all unless you are looking for it. Even then, I had a hard time finding it again! We are trying to clean up the apartment because we are moving out, and he really went above and beyond to get the carpet looking great and even helped us with an old mess that had accumulated under the fridge. I am so thankful for that! The carpets look great after being cleaned. <br />"
