When I called Luis, the owner, regarding the work, he got back to us immediately. He came out to look at the job and he gave us a very fair estimate on this job and another job that we wanted to also have done in our basement. They built two porches - one on the front and one in the back, (with unschedule replacement of the two rotting pillars) and quite a large patio.
